Primary classes (ages 5-9)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 19:15-20-10.

Our primary classes are specifically designed for children aged 5 to 9 years old. These two weekly sessions focus on introducing the fundamental principles of judo in a playful and engaging environment. We aim to build confidence, coordination, and respect through fun exercises and basic techniques. It's the perfect start for young martial artists!

Junior & senior classes (ages 10+)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 20:10-21:15

For our older members, we offer two dedicated sessions per week for those aged 10 and above. These classes delve deeper into judo techniques, strategy, and physical conditioning. Whether you're a junior (10-15 years) or a senior (16+ years), you'll find a challenging yet supportive atmosphere to grow your skills and push your limits.

Specialised training for all

Elite/Senior judo, Tuesdays 21:15-21:45

Circuit training, Thursdays 21:15-21:30

Beyond our regular judo classes, we offer unique sessions to enhance your training. Join our 30-minute elite session each week on a Tuesday, perfect for dedicated judokas looking to refine their techniques and strategy. Additionally, we hold a weekly circuit training session every Thursday, open to all ages, including primary members who should be accompanied by an adult. These sessions are designed to boost your fitness, strength, and overall judo performance in a fun, inclusive setting.
