Seniors (Over 16s)
Judo offers adults significant physical and mental health benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance, and coordination. Mentally, it promotes discipline, focus, confidence, and stress management. It also provides practical self-defense skills that emphasize leverage and technique over brute force And ignorance.

from beginner to black belt we are always learning, come and learn alongside our team of over 16s at Addington Judo Club
Tuesday/Thursday 20:10-21:15
Mixed in with the Juniors we can tailor a class to suit all, learning Throws, Hold downs and many fundamentals,
Tuesday’s 21:15-21:45
Off go the juniors and the seniors can stay on with some of the more advanced juniors, we can learn more advanced techniques including strangles and armlocks, Sacrifice throws and occasionally kata.
Thursday’s 21:15-21:30
Hit the circuits and test your fitness and strength, 15 stations at 45sec each, Push ups, Sit Ups, Battle ropes and Medicine balls to name a few.
