Tuesday classes for all ages

Join us on Tuesdays for a dynamic range of Judo classes designed for various age groups and skill levels. Our dedicated instructors ensure a supportive and engaging environment for everyone to learn and grow.

  • 19:30 - 20:10: Primaries (5-10 years) - Foundations of Judo for our youngest members.
  • 20:10 - 21:15: Juniors and Seniors (10 years plus) - Developing techniques and skills.
  • 21:15 - 21:45: Seniors and Elite - Advanced training and preparation.

Thursday training and circuit sessions

Thursdays at Addington Judo Club offer another opportunity to hone your skills and boost your fitness. Our classes cater to different age groups, culminating in an invigorating circuit training session for advanced members.

  • 19:15 - 20:10: Primaries (5-10 years) - Fun and disciplined learning for kids.
  • 20:10 - 21:15: Juniors and Seniors (10 years plus) - Continued development and sparring.
  • 21:15 - 21:30: Circuit training (15 stations) - High-intensity fitness for seniors.

Classes tailored for every age

At Addington Judo Club, we believe Judo is for everyone. That's why we offer specialised classes designed to meet the unique needs and abilities of different age groups. Whether you are 5 or over 16, there is a class for you.

  • 5-10 year olds: Our 19:15 class (Tuesdays and Thursdays) focuses on fundamental techniques, discipline, and fun in a safe environment.
  • Over 10s and adults: The 20:10 class (Tuesdays and Thursdays) provides a more advanced curriculum, including sparring and deeper technical understanding.
